Return & Refund Policy

At Candy & Junk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Pre-Order Purchases

• All pre-orders will ship in September 2025 (unless otherwise noted).

• You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund anytime before your order ships by contacting us at candynjunk@gmail.com.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable.
